Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and detail oriented Senior Presentation Producer / Communications Specialist to support the development of executive ready materials and strategic visual storytelling. This role is responsible for transforming complex cybersecurity and technical content into clear, concise, and compelling presentations and standardized templates tailored for senior leadership audiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, enhance, and maintain high quality PowerPoint templates and presentations for executive scorecards, dashboards, and leadership reporting.
• Partner with cybersecurity and IT leaders to translate technical updates, risks, and progress into clear, impactful storytelling and visual narratives.
• Ensure consistency in branding, formatting, tone, and messaging across all executive communications.
• Perform detailed quality reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and executive level readiness of all materials.
• Proactively identify content gaps or opportunities to improve clarity and effectiveness.
• Assist with documentation and preparation of knowledge transfer materials as needed.

Required Skills and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in executive communications, content creation, presentation production, visual communications, or a related field.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint with demonstrated expertise in executive level visual storytelling.
• Proven experience developing materials for senior leaders and executive audiences.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex technical, cybersecurity, or program information into clear, business focused messaging.
• Experience collaborating effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders in a matrixed environment.
• Strong attention to detail, quality, and consistency across all deliverables.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet tight deadlines, and work independently with minimal direction.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong editorial mindset.
• Agile interpersonal skills with the ability to manage leadership and subject matter experts concisely.
• Media relations and/or executive presentation skills preferred but not required.

• Bachelors Degree
