Business Development Representative

TheBusinessDevelopmentRepresentativedirectly serves as the liaison between thefacility, the community,and referring agencies. TheAccount Managerisdirectlyresponsibleforcreatingdemand for the facility's services through theeffective application ofethicalmarketing principles andsalesmethods.In collaboration with the Director of Business Development and Business Development Team, the Account Manager presents a positive and professional public image of the facility within the community. TheAccount Manageris responsible forimplementingthefacility's strategicsalesplan, enhancing the facility's brand/image,effectively managing theirassigned territory and accounts,and works toachievedepartmental and facilitybusiness developmentgoals. The Account Manager must be able todemonstratetact, resourcefulness,patience,and dedication in a fast-paced environment.Hours are based on departmental and facility needs and may include day, evening, and weekend hours, as directed by the Director of Business Development. Local Travel Frequency: 90%.

Qualifications

Business Development Representative Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Degree in marketing or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years' experience working in healthcare preferred
