Overview

Pyramid Systems is seeking an Program Manager (Appian) that will serve as the primary liaison between NMFS stakeholders and the technical team.



Responsibilities

    Lead operations, maintenance, and enhancement development for missioncritical Appianbased case management applications within a federal O&M environment.
  • Manage the full application lifecycle, ensuring compliance with OCIO security standards, OLEspecific data privacy requirements, and Public Trust clearance regulations.
  • Serve as a certified Appian Analyst, leveraging extensive experience with Appian platforms, legacy NMFS databases, and federal system integrations.
  • Support and optimize systems aligned with law enforcement investigative processes, ensuring reliability, performance, and regulatory adherence.
  • Coordinate crossfunctional workflows, including help desk/ticket management, stakeholder communication, and prioritization of enhancements and defect resolution.


Qualifications

  • Current Public Trust clearance, or the ability to obtain
  • Must have Appian Certification
    • Desired experience with legacy NMFS database
  • Experience as a certified Appian Analyst with 10+ years in federal O&M.
  • Experience managing lifecycle of mission-critical apps, ensuring compliance with OCIO security standards and OLE-specific data privacy requirements.
  • Experience with Appian platforms/software supporting case management systems.
  • Understanding of law enforcement investigative processes
  • Ability to manage and coordinate:
    • Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
    • Enhancement development
    • Help desk / ticket workflows


Target Pay Range

The below listed pay range for this position is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. The final offered salary will be influenced by a host of factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
