The Strategy Analyst provides analytical and technical support with complex and large scoped projects and serves as a technical expert on financial analysis. The Analyst collaborates with Consultant team members to support leadership with financial reporting & forecasting. The incumbent is expected to maintain a high level of understanding and demonstrate extensive knowledge in financial analysis and forecasting. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to translate complex concepts, methodologies, and analytics into easily understood language and visuals; ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally in a dynamic environment; strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple work streams at once; ability to present information to stakeholder groups and lead groups through dialogue and discourse. Candidates should also be proficient with computer software that includes complex databases, spreadsheets, and statistical applications such as MySQL, Hyperion, etc.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Education: Bachelor's degree required. Experience: 1+ years of relevant experience required. Licensure: None. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs.
