This role is essential to ensuring timely, coordinated, and compassionate access to oncology care in a nationally recognized academic medical center. As a senior member of the Access team, you are not only supporting clinic operations. You are shaping the patient experience across the oncology care continuum. In this role, you serve as a trusted guide for patients and families navigating complex care needs, while also acting as a resource for providers and colleagues who rely on your expertise to keep care moving forward without delay. The starting base rate for this role is $19.50/hr. Individual compensation will bedeterminedby the selected candidate'spreviouswork experience, education, and/or experience. Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign-on bonus of $3,500.(This bonus comes with a 2yr serviceagreement andis paid in 2 installments.) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: High School Graduate or Equivalent required. Associates degree preferred. Experience: 2 years relevant experience required. Access Associate fully cross-trained to cover multiple specialties will be considered in lieu of the 2 years relevant experience. Licensure: None required. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Job requires sitting for prolonged periods; Repetitive motion: (computer and mouse use). Proficient communicative skill across spoken, writing domains, adequate auditory and visual skills; Attention to detail and ability to write legibly and compose messages clearly and concisely. The starting base rate for this role is $14.78 hourly. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.Benefits
