We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Data & Business Intelligence Analyst to support data analysis, reporting, collaboration tools administration, and end-user training. This role blends hands-on development and administration with the ability to clearly teach and support business users. Key Responsibilities * Develop, analyze, and maintain data solutions using Python and SQL * Build and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau and Power BI * Perform Tableau Site Administration, including user access, content management, and performance monitoring * Administer Microsoft Teams, including user management, configuration, and troubleshooting * Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting and analytics needs * Support and train end users on BI tools, dashboards, and data best practices * Deliver technical training in a classroom setting, adapting content to varying skill levels * Document processes, standards, and training materials * Provide ongoing support and continuous improvement recommendations for analytics platforms Required Qualifications * 1+ year of professional experience as a programmer/analyst using Python * 1+ year of experience with SQL, including writing and optimizing queries * 1+ year of experience with Tableau, including dashboard development and site administration * 1+ year of experience with Power BI, including report development and business user support * 1+ year of experience administering Microsoft Teams * 1+ year of experience delivering technical training in a classroom or structured learning environment * Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users Preferred Skills * Experience supporting enterprise analytics platforms * Familiarity with data governance and security best practices * Strong problem-solving and customer-focused mindset * Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Lansing, MI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
