This position is primarily a remote role, but the candidate must be based in Pennsylvania.


Earn $31/hr



Position Details



  • Work with Operations to create brand-aligned content for the Pulse, website, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram that highlights programs, outcomes, events, and mission impact.
  • Turn complex CFS services into understandable, compliant descriptions for non-clinical audiences (payers, partners, community stakeholders, parents).
  • Create one-pagers, leave-behinds, talking point decks, and digital assets available that leadership and business development staff can use in meetings.
  • Work closely with the Corporate Communications and Marketing Department to develop marketing plans and strategies for new and existing markets including local advertising, social media, direct mail and email, community events, press and public relations.
  • Oversee CFS's creative giveaways, brochures, signage, and event materials that reinforce Merakey's brand and mission
  • Work with Merakey's corporate Marketing/Communications team to ensure consistency with CFS's marketing strategy as well as Merakey brand and mission
  • Collaborate with program leaders to spotlight select programs where referral growth is a priority, aligning outreach efforts accordingly.
  • Partner with program teams to gather stories, milestones, photos, and updates for use in marketing and outreach materials.
  • Support in the management of Merakey open houses, seasonal awareness campaigns, resource fairs, etc.
  • Monitor social engagement, content production volume, and campaign outputs to assess effectiveness and inform adjustments.
  • Seeks best use of materials, equipment, and staff to maximize efficiency and effectiveness; stays within approved budget.
  • Other duties as assigned.
