As a Security Officer Unarmed Driver Role in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy retail mall location, where you will conduct routine patrols and support a welcoming environment through strong communication and customer service. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities appropriate for a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with local management and/or emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the mall, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support orderly operations, assist with crowd management, and address policy violations in a professional manner.
• Assist with opening and closing activities, support lost and found inquiries and/or guest assistance needs, and report maintenance, lighting, or property concerns observed during patrols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• A state, county, or city issued security license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
