As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Role in Fort Worth, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed officer at a busy transportation location, where you will patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and assist travelers and staff with professionalism and care. This role offers the chance to deliver great customer service, communicate clearly, and support daily operations through teamwork, integrity, and a people-first approach.

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities within a transportation location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with access control and reporting suspicious activity.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, exterior spaces, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas while communicating with staff, visitors, and/or travelers regarding site expectations and directions.
• Complete routine reports and document incidents, observations, and/or maintenance concerns according to Allied Universal and location guidelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
