Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver

As a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Driver in Saint Augustine, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As an Unarmed Security Officer in a residential location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, and support residents with exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, so you will use a company or assigned vehicle to help monitor the property and respond to security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report relevant details according to site expectations.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorized entry when required, and communicate clearly with residents, guests, and/or local contacts regarding security-related concerns.
• Document daily activities, patrol observations, and incident information in required logs and/or reports, and share updates with Allied Universal leadership and site contacts as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
