Job Description: Allina Health | Minneapolis, MN Allina Health is recruiting a boardcertified Colorectal Surgeon to support growing oncology and surgical volumes at Abbott Northwestern Hospital and affiliated ASCs. This role combines active clinical practice with a systemlevel physician leadership opportunity to help build and lead Allina Health's colorectal surgery program. Clinical Practice
- Mix of clinic, OR, endoscopy, and administrative time
- Typical schedule: 5 eighthour days/week
- Case mix includes colorectal cancer and benign disease, screening colonoscopy, and diagnostic endoscopy
- Call rotation ~1:4 (surgical oncology or general surgery)
- Multidisciplinary care with oncology, GI, and surgical teams
Physician Lead Opportunity (0.1-0.15 FTE)
- Serve as the physician leader for development and growth of Allina's colorectal surgery program
- Partner in a physicianadministrator dyad with the Colorectal Surgery Service Line Manager
- Lead quality initiatives, care standardization, and clinical integration across the system
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and mentorship of colorectal surgeons and APPs
- Collaborate with enterprise surgical, oncology, OR, and quality leadership teams
Qualifications
- MD/DO with completion of ACGME/AOAaccredited general surgery residency
- Boardcertified or boardeligible in Colorectal Surgery
- Eligible for Minnesota medical licensure
- Interest or experience in physician leadership, program development, or quality improvement preferred

Pay Range: $550,000 to $600,000 per year
The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
