We are seeking highly cleared professionals who excel at the intersection of advanced communications infrastructure, distributed systems, and mission assurance where reliability, security, and performance are paramount.

Specifically, we are looking for aTS/SCI cleared Project Manager - SME to support this mission at MacDill Air Force Base, Florida.

Responsibilities:

As a Project Manager - SME, you will provide technical and management leadership for all equipment and information support functions across the Task Order. Your responsibilities include:

    Provides technical and management leadership for the entire portfolio of PRD implementations supported by the PMO under C.5.2.1, setting strategic goals and plans that meet overarching TO objectives.
  • Directs and controls the PMO's identification and implementation of technical, architectural, and systematic "ways ahead" for all C2ISR integration activities, planned expansions, and site activations, as driven by PRDs, guiding major strategic initiatives.
  • Possesses expert domain and technical knowledge of the global C2ISR Transport Infrastructure and advanced project management, applying this to direct and oversee all PMO support activities for PRD execution.
  • Has overall responsibility for establishing and implementing PMO methodologies, frameworks, and staffing models to ensure optimal support for all enterprise-level and site-specific PRD implementations.
  • Engages in high-level client negotiations and interfaces with senior Government leadership POCs regarding the strategic direction, performance, and resource allocation of PMO-supported PRD implementations.
  • Utilizes expert domain knowledge and decision-making that has a critical impact on the overall implementation and success of the C2ISR Transport Infrastructure expansion initiatives driven by PRDs.
  • Develops and refines the PMO's operational environment to support varying levels of organizational needs and deliver mission-critical objectives with maximum efficiency and strategic precision for PRD execution.
  • Directs and controls all PMO support methods and staffing, ensuring that technical requirements are met for Government leadership POCs and all related C2ISR projects, including financial oversight for PRD implementation support.
  • Establishes and governs the consistency in messaging and terminology across all PRD deliverables and communications within the PMO, critically impacting the overall strategic narrative and compliance.
  • Ensures compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) guidelines across all phases of acquisition and contract management
  • Provides authoritative guidance and mentorship to all levels of project managers and analysts within the PMO, shaping the PMO's strategic contribution to the successful implementation of PRDs across the TO.


Qualifications

Required qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Project Manager or similar role supporting a DoD customer at the CCMD level;
  • Minimum of 12 years' experience with a BS/BA, or 10 years' experience with an MS/MA or 8 years' experience with a PhD. or 16 years' experience w/o a degree or 14 years' experience with AS/AA
  • A current, active DoD security clearance at the TS/SCI level
  • US citizenship is required

Desired Qualifications:

  • Must complete DoD-approved IA baseline certification for ADP-III/IT-III based on the IAT level and CE/Operating System (OS) certificate within six months of the assignment.

Work Environment:

  • Location:MacDill AFB, FL
  • On-site expectations: Full-time on-site presence required for equipment management and asset tracking
  • Travel:May require occasional travel to CONUS and OCONUS sites for logistics coordination and facility assessments

Target Salary Range

$135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
