This is a newly created role established to support the development and longterm success of a transformational new campus in Northwest Arkansas designed to redefine how care is delivered in the heartland of America. This is a hybrid position with regular on-site expectations. Position Details: Responsibilities Lead fullcycle recruitment for Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and other APP roles Build strong relationships with hiring leaders to understand clinical staffing needs and workforce trends Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive and missionaligned talent Deliver a seamless, personalized candidate experience from first contact through onboarding Partner closely with provider leadership, HR, and credentialing teams to ensure alignment and timely hiring decisions Leverage data and market insights to drive recruitment strategies and improve outcomes Mercy Northwest Arkansas Northwest Arkansas is one of the fastestgrowing regions in the country. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience. 2 + years of experience in provider or healthcare recruitment (APP recruitment strongly preferred) Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly Strength in sourcing, relationship management, and managing multiple priorities Passion for supporting clinical teams who deliver care with excellence and compassion Why Mercy?
