As a Respiratory Care Practitioner in our Weekend Alternative Program, you'll work independently to provide patient-centered, evidence-based respiratory care across the continuum of care. You'll serve as a clinical and technical resource for all age-specific respiratory modalities, mentor less experienced RCPs, and help lead care planning alongside an interprofessional team. This limited, 24-hour weekend schedule is a great option if you're looking for a dedicated weekend commitment rather than a traditional full-time schedule. You will also recieve an addtional 25% on you hourly pay for weekend work.

Who Should Apply:
Salary Range: Minimum 34.62/hour - Maximum 57.19/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
