Schedule: Tuesday - Friday 6-7 hours/day About the Role: As a Temporary Branch Concierge, you'll be the first point of contact for members visiting our branches. You'll play a key role in creating positive first impressions and ensuring smooth member experiences by helping guide members, learning about teller and account services, and providing general branch support. What You'll Be Doing: Greet members as they enter the branch and help direct them to the appropriate service area Provide a warm and professional welcome to all members and visitors Learn the basics of teller transactions and new account processes Assist with general branch operations and administrative support as needed Work closely with branch staff to ensure members feel supported and valued Who You Are: Friendly, professional, and enthusiastic about helping others Interested in customer service, finance, or operations Comfortable speaking with people and answering basic questions Willing to learn and take initiative No prior banking experience required-just a positive attitude and a desire to grow!
