SCC In House Service Engineer Smart Factory works close to R&D (3rd level) of one technology. Supports NSCs (1st level) in escalated cases and missions. Provides solutions. Acts usually as an expert in specific domains.

Duties & Responsibilities

• 2nd level support in the development-related service for the software Oseon (comprehensive solution for production and material flow control)

• Support for the training of local service units in the field of commissioning and service of Oseon

• Participation in product development as a link between customer and software development

• Support of our test customers (scheduling coordination, on-site and remote installations, passing on the test customer experience to development)

• Support in product planning, design and usability as well as in the release phase

What we are looking for

• Successfully completed studies of computer science or related

• Ideally experience in network administration and application consulting

• High analytical skills, good understanding of complex IT systems and a structured way of working with Oseon

• Pronounced customer orientation, flexibility, resilience, ability to work in a team, willingness to travel (~25%) and independence characterize your way of working
