QSR Taco Bell Team Member

The QSR Associate greets and serves guests, prepares food, maintains food safety and sanitation standards, and handles or processes light paperwork. Exceptional customer service is a major component of this job.

Pay Rate: $12.77/Hr Part-Time Open availability All Shifts

* Exhibits a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
* Demonstrates a complete understanding of the menu items and explains them to guests accurately
* Uses plus-selling techniques and makes customers aware of promotions
* Rings food orders on the register and collects payment from guests making change accordingly
* Prepares food neatly, according to formula, in a timely manner
* Checks products in food & beverage areas and restocks items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout shift
* Understands and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
* Cleans and maintains all food service areas, including the guest seating area and display cases, to promote a clean image
* Cleans and sanitizes all food service utensils and dishes in the three compartment sink (wash, rinse, sanitize)
* Understands and adheres to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as required in the Franchise Operations Manual
* Routinely monitors and records food temperatures on a log to ensure safe holding temperatures of hot and refrigerated foods
* Maintains a professional appearance and grooming standards
* Performs light paperwork duties as assigned
* Works safely with various food service equipment as dictated by the franchise (i.e. ovens, microwaves, toasters, meat slicers, knives, deep fryers, can openers, etc.)
* Completes the training courses as directed and/or dictated by the franchise

18+ years old
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, division, and multiplication)
