Construction Director - Power
Building on our past. Ready for the future. Worley is seeking an experienced Construction Director to lead the successful delivery of large-scale power generation construction projects. This role is ideal for a seasoned construction leader who thrives in complex project environments and understands how to align field execution with strategic project objectives. You will join a collaborative team of industry experts and play a critical role in delivering essential energy infrastructure. Your leadership will help ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with client expectations and contractual commitments. You will be responsible for providing strategic direction and oversight across construction operations to ensure projects are completed on schedule, within or below budget, and in accordance with contractual obligations. This role requires deep experience in construction management, project delivery systems, and large-scale power generation facilities, including cogeneration and other power technologies. You will work closely with project leadership, engineering teams, and client stakeholders to translate project objectives into effective construction strategies. By building strong teams, managing complex field operations, and fostering collaboration across disciplines, you will help drive successful project outcomes. Purpose of the Role Play an integral role in leading construction delivery for major power generation projects while ensuring safe, high-quality, and cost-effective execution. You will be responsible for directing construction strategy and field execution across major capital projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives, contract requirements, and Worley's operational standards. The Construction Director provides leadership for complex construction programs while supporting long-range planning and operational performance across the project lifecycle. Core Responsibilities
