The AVP of Total Rewards & Employee Health is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive compensation, benefits, and employee well-being strategies that attract, retain, and motivate a high-performing workforce. This role oversees all aspects of total rewards, including compensation, health & welfare benefits, wellness programs, retirement plans, leave programs, and employee health initiatives-and ensures compliance with organizational goals, market competitiveness, and regulatory requirements. The AVP partners closely with executive leadership to ensure the organization's total rewards offerings support talent strategy, financial stewardship, and a culture of well-being. Position: AVP Total Rewards & Employee Health Shift: Day Experience: 7-10 years of diverse Total Rewards experience or consulting environment designing company-wide compensation and benefits plans ensuring correlation with business strategy. Education: Bachelor's degree in business, education, finance, human resources management or a related field required. Licensures/Certifications: CCP, CBP, and/or CEBS required or willing to get within 2 years of hire.
