To learn more, visit our benefits and perks page. ______________________________________________________________________ Position Overview:The Process Design Specialist supports the Transformation Office by analyzing and documenting current state business processes and leading defined portions of future state process redesign ahead of system implementation. This role translates business needs and insights into lean, scalable, implementation-ready workflows enabled by data-informed decision-making. Working closely with senior designers, business partners, IT, and the project team to facilitate cross-functional alignment. Success in this role requires strong analytical, documentation, facilitation, and continuous improvement skills with the ability to lead moderately complex redesign projects with increasing independence.This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in the Bloomington or Thief River Falls office. Domestic travel between DigiKey offices may be required to provide localized support. Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Insights

The base pay range for this position is: $28.00to $38.50Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship, now or in the future.
