As a Security Officer - Patrol Response in North Little Rock, AR, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, where you will help maintain a strong security-related presence through routine patrols and visible rounds. You will observe activity, respond to alarms and/or access control needs, document incidents, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors. Bring integrity, teamwork, and a people-first mindset as you support a reliable, innovative operation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including notifying site leadership and/or public emergency services when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout manufacturing and industrial areas, including buildings, yard areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verifying credentials, directing traffic flow as assigned, and documenting entries and exits per site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift reports and incident documentation, communicate observations to the next shift, and promptly report hazards, damage, and/or suspicious activity to supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Guard card and/or license is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
