As a Security Guard - Roving Patrol in Bondurant, IA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer supporting a fast-paced tech campus, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents, and document observations. You will respond to requests, communicate clearly with teams and visitors, and help maintain orderly operations with a customer-first mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access control points and verify credentials for employees, contractors, and deliveries; direct visitors to proper check-in processes per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting suspicious activity, assisting with evacuations, and coordinating with site contacts and/or local responders as needed.
• Complete detailed shift activity logs and incident reports, and communicate security-related information to supervisors, client representatives, and oncoming officers.

Minimum Requirements:

• CPR/First Aid is preferred.
• Lift up to 20 lbs is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
