Here's what it takes to succeed with us.

• 3+ years of experience
• Recent direct experience transitioning from ISO9000 to AS9100 Rev D (required).
• AS9100 Lead Auditor certification or similar credential preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quality, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of aerospace quality systems, regulatory requirements, and audit expectations.
• Proven ability to quickly assess processes and implement improvements in a compressed timeline.
• Experience conducting internal audits and supporting certification or surveillance audits.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work independently and with urgency.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and support activities, assigned by the QMS Manager, related to the transition from ISO9000 to AS9100 Rev D, ensuring alignment with aerospace quality standards.
• Conduct rapid gap assessments to identify deficiencies, risks, and required updates within the current QMS.
• Update and standardize quality documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and process maps.
• Support internal audits, corrective actions, and readiness activities for AS9100 Rev D compliance.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to implement shortterm corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Provide targeted training and guidance to staff on AS9100 Rev D requirements and process expectations.
• Assist with document control, configuration management, and revision updates to meet AS9100 standards.
• Prepare the organization for external audits or customer quality reviews within the 60day timeframe.
• This is an office and manufacturing floor assignment, onsite, daily.
