The Microsoft 365 Enterprise Cloud team is looking for a motivated, collaborative, and strategic contributor who can create clarity, drive results, and deliver exceptional product experiences within the Microsoft 365 government cloud and enterprise service offerings. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced contributor to drive customer voice, feedback, and satisfaction initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that customer insights are effectively gathered, analyzed, and acted upon to deliver continuous improvement and meet customer needs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating with different leadership levels to drive results. As a Senior Product Manager for Customer Voice, this role requires you to be comfortable navigating a complex and dynamic engineering environment, build solid relationships with senior stakeholders, drive impactful work across a wide set of teams and disciplines, and deliver programs that respond rapidly to customer feedback. Product Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $158,400 - $258,000 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
