Position Summary The People Business Operations Team is seeking a Principal People Risk and Compliance Analyst who will serve as the Subject Matter Expert responsible for designing, strengthening, and operating the risk management and compliance framework for the People Organization in alignment with PG&E Standards and Lean program governance practices. This role operates as a hands-on individual contributor balancing strategic oversight with execution. This role partners closely with People Leadership, Law, Internal Audit, and crossfunctional stakeholders to proactively identify, assess, and mitigate regulatory and operational risks including those related to CPUC oversight, audits and inquiries while ensuring alignment with applicable laws, regulations, and PG&E standards. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and in-person at the Oakland General Office (OGO) based on business needs or company requirements. They successful candidate may reside within the PG&E service territory, but the HQ location will remain as OGO. Job Responsibilities

Compensation PG&E is providing the full salary/pay range for this position. The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be around the minimum and the midpoint. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.
