You can explore the details of our benefits offering by visiting the following link: Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center | Your benefits virtually (mybenefitsjhhs.com) Summary: Responsible for creating, directing, coordinating and evaluating a Performance Improvement plan that meets, at a minimum, the requirements under Title 42 CFR * 460, Subpart H - Quality Assessment and Performance Improvement (QAPI). Quality monitoring and performance improvements must be established for the multiple regulated and un-regulated medical, institutional and community-based settings necessary to providing quality, person-centered and cost-effective care consistent with the National Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) model. Care settings include the adult day care center, Keyser Clinic, contracted assisted living facilities, skilled and unskilled in-home care, contracted acute facilities, skilled and long-term nursing facilities, and transportation services. This position is responsible for establishing and monitoring quality and performance metrics that support the clinical and insurance functions of a PACE program as they affect participant safety and satisfaction. Responsible for ensuring compliance with federal and state regulatory quality reporting. Reports to the Director, Hopkins ElderPlus and takes direction from the Medical Director in the development of quality goals. Member of the Hopkins ElderPlus Management Team. Education/ Work Experience: Work requires the level of knowledge of health care delivery systems typically acquired through completion of a master's degree in public health administration, or closely related field such as Health Policy, Business Administration, Health Administration, or 3-5 years previous experience in leading quality assurance and performance improvement in clinical and/or managed care settings. Salary Range: Minimum 31.53/hour - Maximum 52.06/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
