Paralegal, Global Labor & Employment Law Driving Legal Excellence Through Compliance, Governance, and Global Employment Support Partner with the best Baker Hughes is a global energy technology company serving the oil and gas sector across more than 120 countries. The Global Labor & Employment (L&E) Legal team delivers strategic legal support to ensure compliance with employment laws, reduce legal risk, and protect the Company's interests worldwide. With a focus on operational excellence, employee relations support, and global compliance, the team manages employment disputes, regulatory matters, and cross-border legal processes in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Fuel your passion The Paralegal, Global Labor & Employment Law, supports the effective operation of the Global L&E function by delivering paralegal, administrative, research, and casemanagement expertise across employment law matters. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of employee claims, garnishment and subpoena responses, global legal billing coordination, compliance reporting, and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program management. By strengthening legal processes and providing critical case support, the paralegal enables counsel to drive efficient, highquality delivery across the global legal organization. As a Paralegal, Global Labor & Employment Law, you will be responsible for: * Managing and serving as Program Administrator for the Company's internal Solutions Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) program. To be successful in this role you will: * Have a degreelevel education, paralegal certificate, or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
