Mustang Rental Services, a division of Mustang Cat, is hiring Rental Territory Sales Representatives to grow equipment rental sales across Southeast Texas.

This role focuses on providing equipment rental solutions for construction, industrial, and municipal customers using a fleet of Caterpillar and allied equipment.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Representative, you will grow rental business within your assigned Southeast Texas territory.

Responsibilities include:

• Develop new business and expand equipment rental sales
• Prospect and build relationships with construction contractors, industrial facilities, and municipalities
• Visit job sites to recommend equipment solutions for customer projects
• Prepare rental quotes and proposals
• Maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service
• Promote rental equipment including:
  
  
  
  • Aerial lifts
  • Generators
  • Air compressors
  • Light towers
  • Construction equipment
  • Caterpillar equipment
  
  
  
  
• Meet and exceed territory sales goals

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Experience in outside sales, territory sales, or equipment rental sales
• Strong customer relationship and sales skills
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to understand equipment applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
• Excellent communication skills

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Technical field, or similar
• Equivalent experience may be considered

Preferred Experience

• Bilingual English/Spanish
• Experience with construction equipment or heavy equipment
• Familiarity with Caterpillar equipment
• Experience supporting construction, industrial, or municipal customers
