Pharmacist - Director Bethlehem, PA Pay From: $59 per hour MUST: Experienced Pharmacist Must have Pharmacist Director experience Must hold a pharmacist license in Pennsylvania Must have Inpatient care experience Behavioral Health is preferred DUTIES: Manage pharmacist schedule Ensuring regulatory compliance Work with operations coordinator to implement clinical initiatives Assist with fill orders Overseeing daily pharmacy operations, including medication procurement, storage, distribution, and sterile compounding, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards Participating in quality improvement projects, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring key performance indicators to ensure optimal patient care and operational efficiency Assist with new order entry overseeing the clinical operations and staff within the pharmacy department, ensuring the provision of safe, effective, and efficient pharmaceutical care Quadrant is an affirmative action/equal opportunity employer.
