Job Summary:

As a core member of the LATC Enterprise AI team, you will act as the critical link between Lenovo's global Business Groups (BGs), external AI ecosystem partners and LATC global R&D team. You will be responsible for aligning team goals and technical solutions with department leaders, integrating high-quality external AI resources, and accurately transmitting BGs' business demands to the global R&D team. This role is the strategic window and information hub of the team, ensuring the R&D direction is highly consistent with Lenovo's overall AI strategy and business development priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the exclusive business interface between LATC Enterprise AI team and Lenovo's global BGs, conduct in-depth communication to explore, sort out and refine Enterprise AI-related business needs, and deliver clear demand information to R&D teams.
  • Establish and maintain cooperative relationships with Lenovo BGs, universities, research institutions and industry partners, integrate external cutting-edge AI technologies, resources and joint R&D opportunities, and provide technical support for relevant project development.
  • Build and operate an efficient cross-regional information synchronization mechanism between the global R&D teams in LATC, weekly synchronize strategic requirements, BG demand changes and external resource information; delivery progress to department leaders and external partners to achieve two-way accurate information transmission.
  • Combine the company's strategic priorities and BG business urgency, assist the R&D team in sorting out and ranking R&D and delivery tasks, avoid invalid development, and ensure the smooth achievement of core business and strategic goals.
  • Participate in industry exchanges and activities, track the latest development trends of the global enterprise AI ecosystem, and provide forward-looking strategic insights for the team's technology and product development.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics or related fields. Master's or PHD preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in business liaison, strategic alignment or external resource integration in AI/technology industry, with experience in docking large enterprise business groups or global AI partners preferred.
  • Deep understanding of industrial AI solutions (hybrid enterprise AI, edge-cloud collaboration, agentic AI) and full product portfolio, with a solid grasp of core AI technologies such as large language models (LLMs), multimodal models and AI agents.
  • Excellent cross-cultural communication and coordination skills, able to accurately capture vague business needs and refine core demands, and efficiently communicate with senior leaders, BG business teams and technical R&D teams.
  • Proficiency in English (written and spoken) as a working language, with excellent document writing and presentation skills, able to independently complete demand reports and strategic alignment documents.
  • Leverage hands-on experience in enterprise-level AI solution design and implementation, develop tailored AI solution frameworks, conduct solution feasibility analysis, and translate complex business pain points into practical, scalable AI deployment plans for global business groups and external enterprise clients.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enterprise AI R&D or product background and experience communicating technical details with teams efficiently.
  • Experience in building cross-regional team collaboration mechanisms and promoting cross-regional project implementation.
  • Published industry insights or case studies on AI ecosystem integration and enterprise AI transformation.
