Join Duke as a Maintenance Specialist - Sterilizer Technician and apply your technical expertise to keep critical equipment operating flawlessly, ensuring the highest standards every single day! Be You. Perform high-level technical tasks associated with the installation, maintenance, calibration, and repair of critical sterile processing equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, steam sterilizers (autoclaves), tunnel washers, cart washers, ultrasonic cleaners, and automated endoscope reprocessors (AERs). Ensure all equipment meets stringent patient safety and infection control standards. Work Arrangement - On-site DEPARTMENTAL PREFERENCES
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Education/Training - High school diploma or equivalent with course work in skilled crafts required. Experience - Minimum of four (4) years of maintenance and repair experience. At least one year must be specific to hospital sterile processing equipment or high-pressure steam systems. A valid N.C. Driver's License is required. Be Bold. Skills

Anticipated Pay Range: Duke University provides an annual base salary range for this position as USD $23.58 to USD $38.97.
