As a Talent Acquisition Partner supporting Allied Health, you will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and business leaders, leading the full recruitment lifecycle while helping shape a workforce that delivers exceptional patient care.
In this role, you will develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to build diverse, highly qualified talent pipelines and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through hire. You'll represent the hospital's mission and values in the market, attracting and assessing top talent while guiding leaders through effective and equitable hiring decisions. You will proactively source candidates as part of your core responsibilities and collaborate with the Talent Sourcing team on high-volume or hard-to-fill roles. As a strategic partner, you'll also identify and elevate market challenges and role attractiveness considerations to Talent Acquisition leadership to support successful, high-quality hiring outcomes. This position functions as an HR business partner with deep expertise in Talent Acquisition, bringing insight, strategy, and partnership to every search. Education
