Per Mar Security Services has been a family owned and operated, full-service security company since its inception in 1953. We provide security officer, electronic security, fire alarm and background and investigative services, serving customers in multiple states throughout the Midwest region.

Please Read: Per Mar Security Services is hire for 2 full-time security officers in Springfield, IL. Weekend availability is required. This officer will be assigned to an in-store, observe and report position at a Springfield area Walmart.

Position 1: Hours Sun/Mon/Tues 1:00 pm - 11:00 pm. Wed.'s 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm.

Position 2: Wed's 6:00 pm-11:00 pm. Thurs/Fri/Sat 1:00 pm-11:00 pm.

Both are 35 hours per week. Pay rate is $20 per hour.

Upon hire, you must be able to pass a background check, including a drug screen. You will also need to travel to Bloomington, IL for a day to attend our new hire orientation/training.

This is an unarmed position. Illinois PERC card holder is a plus!
