Monday - Thursday | 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM + Fridays | 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Voluntary OT available on Saturdays and Sundays from 7:00 AM - 11:00 AM)

Monday - Thursday | 12:30 PM - 10:00 PM + Fridays | 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior technician, quality, or technical production experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, composites, flooring, coatings, or laboratory-supported production environments.
• Forklift experience: certification preferred or ability to obtain certification.
• Ability to read and follow batch tickets, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Can lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities:

Composite Flooring Production & Order Fulfillment

• Pull, stage, assemble, and palletize flooring orders per lab-issued batch tickets and work orders.
• Prepare, package, aggregates, fillers, and finished flooring components for shipment.
• Verify order accuracy, completeness, and packaging prior to release for shipment.
• Coordinate with Lab Management to meet production schedules and shipping deadlines.

Material Handling & Equipment Operation

• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and related material-handling equipment.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished composite flooring products.
• Move materials between raw material storage, laboratory, production, and shipping areas as directed by Lab Management.

Laboratory & Process Support

• Assist with laboratory-controlled activities, including sample preparation, test pours, curing checks, and material verification.
• Follow approved formulations, batch instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and readiness of laboratory and production areas.

Quality Assurance & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with laboratory quality standards and process controls.
• Identify and report nonconforming materials, labeling discrepancies, or process deviations to Lab Management.
• Accurately complete batch records, order documentation, and inventory transactions as required.

Safety & Environmental Compliance

• Follow all safety requirements related to composite materials, resin handling, and powered industrial equipment.
• Properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Support housekeeping, spill prevention, and waste disposal procedures in accordance with safety and environmental guidelines.
