Position Overview:

The Plant Operations Supervisor Oversee and structure plant logistics operations, including traffic supervision, JSOX compliance management, and cross-functional coordination between PET and Integrator teams. Reports directly to the Plant Manager and is responsible for building scalable processes, performance metrics, and execution alignment.

Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000K



Responsibilities

Job duties include but are not limited to:

  • Direct oversight of Traffic operations and Traffic Supervisor
  • Develop and maintain JSOX compliance processes and audit readiness
  • Serve as communication liaison between PET, Integrator and plant
  • Establish, track, and report key KPIs, including:
  • Compliance accuracy
  • Execution efficiency
  • Truck requirements per project (forecasting and validating truck counts needed to support each project schedule)
  • Freight cost vs. budget
  • Create standardized workflows and reporting cadence
  • Provide strategic updates directly to Plant Manager


Qualifications

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of manufacturing experience
  • Supervisory experience a plus

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

  • MS Office skills, including Excel proficiency for creating tables and charts
  • Ability to deal with conflicts and employee issues in a professional manner
  • Technical orientation with ability to learn new technologies
  • Computer skills including MS Office
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines
  • Team-oriented and collaborative
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Customer service orientation
