Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and drive plant related procurement strategies and services Partner with Corporate Procurement in the development and execution of HHT strategic objectives Participate and support in supplier evaluations and selection processes including strategic sourcing initiatives Provide adequate and timely communication to suppliers and internal customers to ensure flow of parts and information Demonstrated Lean / BPI experience to provide enterprise-wide continuous improvement direction in materials and procurement Lead plant material flow transformation Minimum Qualifications Four-year degree in Business Administration, engineering, economics, applied sciences or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience; MBA preferred 5-10 years or more of progressively responsible procurement or production management Sourcing, kanban, JIT and other inventory management experience A proven record of implementing and sustaining ERP, Lean Manufacturing productivity, cost reduction and other continuous improvement programs Preferred Qualifications Professional Certification preferred Experience in lean material flow conversion and sustainability preferred In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for a range of benefits (e.g., Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance, Health Savings Account, Disability Benefits, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off and Holidays, and Retirement Benefits).
