Schedule: 40 hours/week; Monday-Friday

Position Details


The Outpatient Program Director oversees the delivery of highAAA'quality outpatient mental health services, ensuring all clinical practices align with evidenceAAA'based treatment, recovery, and resiliency principles. This role is responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising program operations, supporting staff, and promoting strong client engagement and retention. The Program Director ensures accurate and timely documentation, oversees assessment and riskAAA'management procedures, and collaborates with internal teams to meet organizational and payer standards. A commitment to teamwork, reliability, and clinical excellence is essential.


Key Responsibilities



  • Provide oversight and leadership for outpatient mental health therapy services, ensuring clinicians deliver evidenceAAA'based, recoveryAAA'oriented treatment and meet productivity expectations.
  • Ensure timely and compliant documentation, including daily progress notes, service vouchers, annual releases, medical profiles, and intake assessments as needed.
  • Manage client engagement and riskAAA'assessment processes, including monitoring highAAA'risk cases, reviewing formal assessments (SI, depression, trauma, physical health), and coordinating supervision when required.
  • Maintain program compliance with agency, state, federal, and payer regulations, including monitoring training completion, documentation standards, and clinical quality benchmarks.
  • Coordinate team operations, including leading or attending treatment team meetings, facilitating communication with medical records, managing requests for external documentation or court involvement, and responding to staffing or attendance needs.
