We are one team, working together to get things done. Job Description: Office Location: Abilene, Texas, United States *This is an in office position. SCOPE/CONTACTS: Participates in all activities related to banking software and software that complements the business needs. Application Analyst I will participate in creating work structure breakdowns and test plans. They with other Application Analysts and LOB's in data mapping sessions and parameter configuration for existing or new products as well as convert/merge of acquired institutions. They are expected to participate in most areas of testing prior to production implementation. Application Analyst I may participate in training sessions where products are being shown to the trainers and/or support analysts. They will participate in problem identification and resolution discussions. They will participate in discussions and other interaction with Project Management Office. Application Analyst I is expected to take online application training sessions provided through Jack Henry and Associates For Customers Portal and KIA (Know It All). Application Analyst I is not responsible for creating processes and/or procedures for applications being used but may participate in the discussions. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
