Build and maintain automated performance testing pipelines for shader compiler team.

Required:
3+ years in CS or related field
Jenkins & Python scripting (mandatory)
Strong Windows environment experience
CI/CD & performance testing knowledge

Nice to Have:
Compiler/GPU/ML workload experience
Graphics or game pipeline familiarity
C/C++ experience
