Major Duties
Classification: Exempt, Non-Bargaining Lead a team of Call Center Representatives to successfully implement high customer service standards and monitor progress against plan. Overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer service standards are met and consistently achieve performance targets by hiring, training, coaching and monitoring performance while addressing escalated customer issues and analyzing call data to identify areas for improvement. Achieve customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention by establishing a customer-focused culture and ensuring a well-trained and motivated team. Responsibilities
