Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your supply chain and logistics expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll make a tangible impact by ensuring seamless material availability, optimizing inventory, and driving continuous improvement in supply chain operations. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (procurement, warehouse management, and project coordination), lead supplier delivery planning, and manage a skilled team to achieve operational excellence, and much more.

We'll look to you for:



  • Ensuring that employees operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies,
  • Coordinating suppliers' delivery plans for projects,
  • Managing the material work package, providing QCD (Quality, Cost, Delivery) commitments,
  • Calculating workload, defining priorities, and implementing development plans for the team,
  • Being responsible for the physical inventory accuracy, applying Alstom rules in terms of counting,
  • Ensuring the integrity of data needed to run efficient MRP (Material Resource Planning),
  • Providing reporting to management for various supply chain KPIs,
  • Representing the company in front of customers for audits or action plan presentations and follow-ups.


All about you

  • Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or similar experience required (Bachelor Degree preferred),
  • Minimum 5 years of recognized experience in managing Logistics/Supply Chain/Warehouse operations (or Military Depot environment), with comfort working in a 24/7 operation,
  • Leadership: minimum 5 years of direct supervisory/people-management experience; strong people skills and proven ability to coach and retain staff -providing encouragement, and supporting people in accepting responsibility with accountability,
  • Technical: Experience with SAP-based systems or similar WMS (GSI preferred); ability to write procedures and conduct audits/inspections,
  • Experience or understanding of vehicle or industrial/mechanical maintenance (preferred),
  • Familiarity with supplier relationships management and material needs scheduling,
  • Empowerment: Creates an environment where individuals actively take initiative and ownership,
  • Operational effectiveness: Executes and delivers - Identifies critical tasks and resources necessary to achieve desired objectives, takes action to ensure execution, delivery, and follow-up,
  • Risk management: Provides early warnings as soon as unforeseen problems arise, ensuring timely corrective action can be taken,
  • Ability to communicate effectively with different levels of stakeholders.

Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 (+benefits, incl. 401k)
