Description

Markon is seeking an Engagement Coordinator to support our Virginia Customer in the Northern Virginia area.



Responsibilities

    Managing day-to-day customer engagements and serving as the central resource for tracking stakeholder activities and relationships.
  • handling high-volume processes, open-source researches, maintaining customer databases, and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Utilize exceptional organizational skills, strong written and verbal communication abilities, and proven experience managing large datasets, conducting research, and preparing executive-level briefings and presentations.
  • Coordinating travel logistics, booking conference rooms, planning events, and facilitating meetings, while collaborating closely with stakeholders to align efforts with strategic objectives.
  • Operate independently with minimal supervision, and excel in problem-solving and delivering customer-focused solutions in dynamic environments.


Qualifications

Required:

  • Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (preferrably from this client).
  • Experience working with high-volume processes and managing/organizing large amounts of data across multiple tools.
  • Experience in customer service role, including the abiilty to orgainze incoming requests and provide timely responses, with excellent follow-up skills to ensure issues are addressed/resolved.
  • Previous experience working in the Customer organization

  • Cable writing
  • Special customer research experiences
  • Special open-source research experiences
  • Previous experience supporting stakeholder's organizations


Salary Range

USD $140,000.00 - USD $160,000.00 /Yr.

The Markon pay range for this position is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
