People * Customers * Trust POSITION SUMMARY The Quality Analyst supports and advances quality, food safety, and continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing facility. This role partners with production, maintenance, design and customer service teams to ensure compliance with quality standards, drive data-based improvements, and support ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 certification programs. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, inches/centimeters, proportions, and percentages. REASONING ABILITY Ability to solve practical problems and deal with various concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret multiple instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. TECHNICAL SKILLS Computer literate (MS Office including Word and Excel) Knowledge of quality principles PHYSICAL DEMANDS The employee is regularly required to walk, talk, hear, sit and stand. Vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Physical requirements are the ability to lift to 50 pounds. WORK ENVIRONMENT The noise level in the manufacturing environment can be loud at times. While performing the duties of this job, the employee could be exposed to humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, driving traffic, conversion systems.
