As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and telecommunications location, you will coordinate security-related activity through dispatch systems, support access control and badge processes, and help keep officers and visitors informed. You will monitor activity, manage calls and radio traffic, document incidents, and deliver a welcoming customer service experience while staying agile, reliable, innovative, and acting with integrity as part of a team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Operate the dispatch post by monitoring CCTV and alarm systems, tracking access control notifications, and maintaining accurate shift logs and incident documentation.
• Receive and prioritize calls for service, dispatching officers and/or maintenance or emergency responders per post orders, and coordinating radio and phone communications.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the chain of command and supporting incident reporting requirements.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, including checks of critical areas common to technology locations; working environments and conditions may vary by site.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
