You will conduct routine interior and exterior patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, assist with access control and incident response, and deliver strong customer service through clear communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license and meeting AU Driver Policy Requirements, while working with a caring, integrity-driven team.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, team members, and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including sales floor, entrances, receiving areas, parking lots, and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
• Monitor for unusual activity, potential theft, and/or policy violations, and help to deter unwanted behavior through high-visibility presence and professional communication.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and/or fire and alarm activations, and coordinate with on-site management and public responders as needed.
• Complete detailed reports and maintain logs of patrols, incidents, and corrective actions; communicate observations and/or concerns promptly to leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
