As a driving post Security Officer at a busy retail and mall location, you will patrol assigned areas and travel between points to help spot and report security-related concerns, support store teams, and assist guests with clear communication and customer service. You will complete routine rounds, document activity, and respond to incidents as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients, tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout retail common areas, corridors, stairwells, exterior perimeters, and parking areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor entrances, loading and/or receiving areas, and other designated points for unusual activity; report concerns to site leadership and/or local authorities as directed by post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with disturbances, medical situations, alarms, and/or property damage reporting.
• Complete routine documentation such as patrol activity logs, incident reports, and shift handoffs; communicate observations to management and/or law enforcement when required.

Minimum Requirements:

• A TSA-issued TWIC is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
