This is a paid internship, and scheduling is flexible as we recognize that academics always come first! We are conveniently located on the USC campus!

Internship Summary

As the AMAROK Vendor Services Intern, you will support our Vendor Services team within our Product Management organization by supporting commercial and operational functions. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing customer pricing for fencing projects, maintaining accurate vegetation service records, and sourcing new vendors in specialized markets. The role requires a detail-oriented self-starter with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to navigate internal databases to manage site data effectively.

Essential Job Duties

• Prepare customer pricing options for chain-link fencing opportunities.
• Identify new vendors in new or hard-to-service markets.
• Update service dates and record of our vegetation service.
• Review vegetation vendor invoices for accuracy and quality of work.
• Review site records to identify sites needing service or requiring maintenance.

Requirements

• Ability to work in office at least 15-20 hours a week.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable using a variety of internal databases
• Acts as a strong self-starter who consistently takes initiative on assigned projects.
• Maintain a detail-oriented approach to ensure all tasks are completed with high accuracy.
• Superior communication (written & verbal).
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
