Security Officer - Industrial Site

As a Security Officer - Industrial Site in Valley City, ND, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and support access control and visitor guidance. You will document observations, communicate clearly with site teams, and respond to service requests with a people-first approach. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site leadership and emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.
• Monitor alarms, surveillance systems and/or access points when assigned, reporting suspicious activity and/or hazardous conditions per site procedures.
• Complete patrol logs, incident reports and other documentation in a timely manner, escalating issues through the chain of command as required.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
