As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a food and beverage location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, stay visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support access control while assisting employees and guests. You will complete routine patrols, document observations, and communicate clearly with site contacts, bringing a people-first mindset. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including reporting, documenting, and escalating concerns per site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout interior areas such as production floors, kitchens, warehouses, and break areas, as well as exterior grounds and perimeter routes.
• Monitor access points, verify identification and/or visitor authorization when assigned, and help to deter unauthorized entry, theft, and/or prohibited activities.
• Complete routine security-related logs and reports, communicate observations to supervisors and site contacts, and assist with directions and general assistance for employees, contractors, and visitors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Having customer service experience is preferred.
• Having access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
