As an unarmed, driving Patrol Officer at a leading tech and media location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, conduct routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will support access points, assist employees and visitors with clear communication, and document observations in a professional manner. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and post orders, and completing security-related tasks as directed.
- Support a professional lobby, campus, and/or workplace environment by greeting visitors, providing directions, and assisting with general inquiries.
- Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter routes; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
- Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and/or unusual conditions that may help to deter unwanted activity and support property operations.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including alarms, disturbances, medical events, and/or facility issues, and request additional resources as needed.
- Control access points as assigned by monitoring entrances, checking identification, verifying visitor authorization, and/or managing sign-in procedures.
- Monitor cameras, alarms, and other site systems when assigned, and report irregularities per post orders.
- Complete required documentation such as shift activity logs, incident reports, and access records with clear, factual details.
- Communicate with Allied Universal leadership, client representatives, and/or local responders as appropriate to relay observations, incidents, and follow-up actions.
- Assist with emergency response activities per site procedures, including building evacuations, shelter instructions, and/or traffic and pedestrian direction during events.
- Maintain a professional appearance and customer-service approach while enforcing site rules and reporting policy violations through the designated chain of command.
- Participate in briefings, training, and post updates to stay current on location procedures, patrol routes, and reporting expectations.
Minimum Requirements: - - A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
- - A guard card and/or license is preferred.
- - Customer service experience is preferred.
- - Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
- - CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
- - Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
